Irène François, MA, est responsable des programmes à l'Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec, Program Director au Rudolf Steiner College de Fair Oaks, Californie; elle a développé son expérience de professeur dans les écoles et institutions Steiner-Waldorf depuis trente ans comme professeur titulaire à l'élémentaire, comme professeur de Lettres, Philosophie et Histoire au secondaire, comme professeur formateur et conseiller pédagogique dans différents centres de formation, en France, au Québec, en Suisse et aux États-Unis. Elle a fait ses études de philosophie à l'université de Paris-Sorbonne (Maîtrise en philosophie comparée Orient-Occident), sa formation en pédagogie Steiner-Waldorf également à Paris, son bac en éducation, à l'Université de Montréal; elle poursuit actuellement un doctorat en Philosophie de l'Éducation à l'Université de Sherbrooke.

Irène François, MA, is the Program Head at Rudolf Steiner Institute in Quebec. She is also the Director of the San Francisco Teacher Education Program at Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks, California. She has developed her experience in Waldorf pedagogy during 30 years of teaching at different levels, first as a class teacher, then high school teacher in Literature, Philosophy, Aesthetics and History, and now as a mentor and teacher educator in countries throughout Europe and North America. She studied Philosophy at the University of Paris-Sorbonne (MA, East-West Comparative Philosophy); Education and Philosophy of Education at the University of Montreal in Canada (BA, Education); and trained in Steiner-Waldorf Pedagogy near Paris, 32 years ago. She is working on a doctorate thesis in Philosophy of Education.

Michèle Arsenault a été formée à la gymnastique Bothmer et à la dynamique spatiale par Jaimen McMillan au Spacial Dynamics Institute aux États-Unis. Elle enseigne l'éducation physique à l'École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal et le mouvement à l'Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec dont elle est l'administratrice depuis 1994.

Michèle Arsenault trained in Bothmer Gymnastic and Spacial Dynamics with Jaimen McMillan at the Spacial Dynamics Institute in the United States. She teaches physical education at the Montreal Rudolf Steiner School and movement at the Rudolf Steiner Institute in Québec, where she has also been an administrator since 1994.

Cécile Allemand: chant, chorale, musique
a fait une formation en solfège et basson au Conservatoire de Saint Etienne, en France; puis elle a travaillé la direction de chœur avec différents chefs, en France et au Québec. Elle termine actuellement une formation à  L’école du dévoilement de la voix  sous la direction du professeur Christiaan Boele et fait partie de L’Ensemble Vocal Soinninkajo que dirige celui-ci. Cécile a également obtenu un diplôme d’Eurythmie à l’Eurythmée de Chatou en France en 1994. Depuis 1999, elle enseigne le chant choral à l’École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal ainsi qu’à l’Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec.

Cécile Allemand: singing, choir, instrumental music
After training in music theory and bassoon at Saint Etienne Music College, Cécile studied as a choir conductor with several teachers in France and Quebec. She then began to conduct “A Coeur Joie” choir in 1995. She is currently an advanced student of the School of Uncovering the Voice with master teacher, Christiaan Boele. She has been singing since 2004 as a member of the Soinninkajo Vocal Ensemble, conducted by Mr. Boele. Cécile also obtained her Eurythmy certificate in 1994 in Chatou, France. Since 1999 when she moved to Montreal, she has been teaching singing at the Rudolf Steiner School, as well as the Rudolf Steiner Institute in Quebec.

Arie van Ameringen, MA : études anthroposophiques
a fait ses études secondaires à l’École Waldorf de La Haye en Hollande; par la suite, il a continué à l'université en biologie puis en linguistique, à Montréal. Pendant plusieurs années, il a enseigné la linguistique et la littérature au niveau collégial. D'abord professeur titulaire de classe, puis professeur au niveau secondaire, Il enseigne à l’École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal depuis plus de 20 ans. Il donne le cours: Schiller et l'Éducation esthétique de l'être humain.

Arie van Ameringen, MA: anthroposophical studies
is an alumnus of the Hague Waldorf High School in Holland. He studied biology and linguistics in Montreal and, for many years, taught linguistics and literature in a junior college. Trained in Waldorf pedagogy in Dornach, he has gained experience at École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal as a class teacher and a high school teacher for more than 20 years. He is teaching foundation studies, Schiller and the Aesthetic Education of the Human Being.

Jean Balekian: modelage, dessin, histoire de l'art
Après des études à l’Université Concordia en peinture, histoire de l’art, en enseignement des arts plastiques au secondaire à l’Université du Québec à Montréal, il a suivi le programme Applied Arts (sculpture, modelage) de Sunbridge College, N.Y. Il a participé à plusieurs expositions de peinture au Québec et en France. Il enseigne à l’École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal depuis seize ans dans les moyennes et grandes classes ainsi qu'à l'Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec depuis sept ans.

Jean Balekian: modeling, drawing, history of art
After his studies in Fine Arts (major in Painting and Art History) at Concordia University and in Pedagogy at Université du Québec in Montreal, he attended the Applied Arts program (woodwork and modeling) at Sunbridge College, N.Y. He participated in many group and solo exhibitions in Canada and France. He has been teaching in the upper grades and the high school of the Ecole Rudolf Steiner de Montreal for 16 years and at the Rudolf Steiner Institute in Quebec for 7 years.

Christiaan Boele: "dévoilement de la voix"
nous vient avec plus de 30 années d'expérience dans la pratique et l'enseignement du chant selon les techniques du dévoilement de la voix développées par Mme Werbeck-Svärdström. Christiaan Boele est un ancien élève de l’École Waldorf de La Haye, en Hollande. Il a d’abord étudié la trompette, puis il s’est rendu à l’École Supérieure Alanus de Bonn où il a travaillé l’eurythmie et le chant Werbeck. En 1990 il a fondé l’École de chant de Lahti en Finlande et depuis ces dix dernières années il se rend régulièrement en Californie pour y développer son travail. Il collabore avec l'Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec depuis maintenant plus de cinq ans.

Christiaan Boele: "uncovering the voice"
brings over 30 years of singing and teaching experience to his work of uncovering the voice. Christiaan Boele is an alumnus of the Hague Waldorf School in Holland. He first studied trumpet in his country. Then, he went to the Alanus Hochschule in Bonn and studied eurythmy and singing. He completed his studies in music at the Volkwang Conservatory in Essen, Germany. In 1990, he founded a singing school in Lahti, Finland. For the past ten years, he has been going to California regularly to futher develop his work. He has worked with the Institute Rudolf Steiner au Québec for over 5 years.

Micheline Cossette : peinture, dessin, études anthroposophiques
Après une formation de base comme infirmière en psychiatrie et en psychosynthèse, elle s’est orientée vers l’École des Beaux Arts, puis a poursuivi sa formation artistique à l’Atelier House de Harlemville (NY) et à l’École de Beppe Assenza à Dornach. Elle a enseigné comme professeur d’art en Angleterre, aux États -Unis, au Canada et se trouve aujourd’hui riche d’une expérience artistique, pédagogique et thérapeutique de plus de vingt cinq ans.

Micheline Cossette : painting, drawing, anthroposophical studies
First trained as a nurse in psychiatry and in psychosynthesis, Micheline continued her studies at a Fine Arts College, completing her artistic training at Atelier House in Harlemville, NY, and the School of Painting of Beppe Assenza in Dornach, Switzerland. She has been an art teacher for over 25 years in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada and brings a rich artistic, pedagogical and therapeutic experience to her teaching.

Guillaume François: art de la parole et théâtre
Ancien élève d'Écoles Steiner-Waldorf, du Jardin d'Enfants à la 12è, Guillaume François a reçu sa formation d'artiste de la parole, d'acteur et de metteur en scène à l'École d'Art de la Parole et Théâtre au Goetheanum à Dornach, aux Ateliers d'Art et Essai de Regula van Leuw à Bâle, à l'École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq à Paris.
Depuis une douzaine d'années, il enseigne l'art de la parole et le théâtre dans différents centres de formation anthroposophiques en Suisse, au Canada, aux États Unis; il a produit des mises en scène de pièces telles que Les Euménides (Euripide), État de Siège (Camus), Actes sans Parole (Becket), Jeux de Noël d'Oberufer, ainsi que des créations dramatiques à partir de thèmes (Hamlet, Improvisations), de nouvelles ou de récits de Tolstoi ( Ce qui fait vivre les hommes), de Goethe (Le Serpent Vert), de Saint Exupéry (Le Petit Prince).

Guillaume François: speech and drama
Guillaume attended Steiner-Waldorf Schools from Kindergarten through 12th Grade. He trained in Speech and Drama at the school of the Goetheanum in Dornach, Switzerland, at the Atelier of Art of Regula van Leuw in Basel, and at the International School of Theater of Jacques Lecoq in Paris. For more than twelve years, he has taught speech and drama in different anthroposophical training centers in Switzerland, Canada and the USA. He has directed many different play productions, including The Eumenides by Aeschylus, State of Siege by A. Camus, Act with No Word by S. Beckett, dramatic creations with Hamlet, tales by Tolstoy, Goethe (The Green Snake and the Beautiful Lily), and Saint-Exupéry (The Little Prince).

Claudia Maurice enseigne l’eurythmie à l’Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec. Elle a obtenu un baccalauréat en éducation musicale en Suisse et poursuivi sa formation en eurythmie à Spring Valley, New York. Membre du Eurythmy Spring Valley Tour Group, elle a participé à des tournées de spectacles d’eurythmie à travers les États-Unis et l’Europe. Elle poursuit actuellement des études à l’Université du Québec à Montréal (MA en danse) et enseigne l’eurythmie dans différents cours pour amateurs.

Claudia Maurice teaches eurythmy at the Rudolf Steiner Institute in Quebec. She received a bachelor’s degree in music education in Switzerland and trained as a eurythmist at the Eurythmy Spring Valley School in Chesnut Ridge, New York. After her training, she was a member of the Eurythmy Spring Valley Tour Group, participating in Eurythmy performances throughout the USA and Europe. Presently, she is pursuing her studies at the University of Quebec in Montreal (MA in dance) while continuing to teach eurythmy in public courses for adults.
