Cécile a fait une formation en solfège et basson au Conservatoire de Saint Etienne, en France; puis elle a travaillé la direction de chœur avec différents chefs, en France et au Québec. Elle a poursuivi sa formation en chant à The School of Uncovering the Voice à Lahti, en Finlande, sous la direction du Professeur Christiaan Boele et a fait partie de L’Ensemble Vocal Soinninkajo que dirige celui-ci. Cécile a également obtenu un diplôme d’Eurythmie à l’Eurythmée de Chatou en France en 1994 et une maîtrise en direction chorale à l’Université du Québec au Canada. Elle a enseigné le chant choral à l’École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal ainsi qu’à l’Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec depuis 1999. Elle dirige actuellement plusieurs chorales d’enfants et d’adultes, au Québec
Singing, Choir, Instrumental Music
After training in music theory and bassoon at the Conservatory of Music of Saint Etienne in France, Cécile studied as a choir conductor with several teachers in France and Quebec. She then began to conduct “A Coeur Joie” choir in 1995. She continued her studies in singing at The School of Uncovering the Voice with master teacher, Christiaan Boele, in Lahti, Finland. She has been singing as a member of the Soinninkajo Vocal Ensemble, conducted by Christiaan Boele. Cécile also obtained her Eurythmy certificate in 1994 in Chatou, France. Since 1999 when she moved to Montreal, she has been teaching singing at École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal, as well as at Rudolf Steiner Institute in Quebec. Actually she conducts several choirs of children and adults in Québec.
