Jean-Michel Florin a grandi dans une petite ferme familiale pionnière de la bio-dynamie en France. Sa formation en Protection de la Nature sera suivie d’études en science goethéenne à l’Institut de Recherche de l’Université libre de science de l’esprit du Goetheanum (Dornach, Suisse). Coordonnateur du Mouvement de l’Agriculture Bio-Dynamique en France depuis 1988 il agit comme formateur, conférencier, écrivain, co-rédacteur de la revue Biodynamis. Depuis 2010, il est également codirecteur de la Section d’Agriculture du Goetheanum. Ses travaux de recherche portent sur les plantes médicinales, la méthode scientifique de Goethe et le paysage. Il est actuellement co-responsable de la Section d’agriculture au Gœtheanum.

Jean-Michel Florin grew up on a small family farm that pioneered bio-dynamics in France. His training in Nature Conservation was followed by studies in Goethean science at the Research Institute of the Free University of Spiritual Science at the Goetheanum (Dornach, Switzerland). Coordinator of the Bio-Dynamic Agriculture Movement in France since 1988, he acts as a trainer, lecturer, writer and co-editor of the journal Biodynamis. Since 2010, he is also co-director of the Section for Agriculture at the Goetheanum. His research work focuses on medicinal plants, Goethe’s scientific method and landscape. He is currently co-head of the Section of Agriculture at the Goetheanum.
