Ancienne élève d’École Waldorf, Odile Moullé-Monteaux a commencé sa vie professionnelle comme aide-jardinière dans un groupe d’enfants handicapés. Après sa formation à l’institut Rudolf Steiner de Chatou près de Paris, elle devient jardinière d’enfants à l’École Rudolf Steiner de Verrières-Le-Buisson où elle exercera pendant 26 ans. En 2013 elle est devenue co-responsable de la formation des Jardinières d’enfants à l’Institut Rudolf Steiner Didascalie en Avignon (France) tout en intervenant dans plusieurs centres de formation en Europe. Elle est co-fondatrice avec Isabelle Dupin des Ateliers ARFAM qui offrent de l’accompagnement pédagogique ou organisationnel, dans les écoles Steiner-Waldorf de l’Europe francophone.

A former student of Waldorf School, Odile Moullé-Monteaux began her professional life as a kindergarten assistant in a group of handicapped children. After training at the Rudolf Steiner Institute in Chatou near Paris, she became a kindergarten teacher at the Rudolf Steiner School in Verrières-Le-Buisson where she worked for 26 years. In 2013 she became co-responsible for the training of kindergarteners at the Institut Rudolf Steiner Didascalie in Avignon (France) while working in several training centers in Europe. She is co-founder with Isabelle Dupin of the ARFAM Workshops, which offer pedagogical or organizational support in Steiner-Waldorf schools in French-speaking Europe.
